This Policy explains how Clareza Capital, a portal maintained by Punk Code Solution, handles personal data when you use the site. Processing follows Brazil’s General Data Protection Law — LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018) and other applicable rules.

• Account / community: name, email, hashed password, avatar; with Google OAuth, Google profile id and photo;

• Local preferences: theme, language, reading preferences and cookie consent (localStorage / cookies);
• Ads and metrics: identifiers, cookies and interaction data by enabled providers — after consent when required.

We do not ask for financial account data, identity documents or banking passwords to read the news.
